In this one-time class, students will explore and learn about the Philippines, its geographical location in the world map, its people, and its fascinating culture. We will discuss pertinent information regarding this amazing country in Asia.

In this class, students will learn a lot of interesting information about the Philippines! Students will learn through slides prepared by the teacher. We will look at pictures, watch videos, and have live discussions. Students are encouraged to ask questions and share information. We will learn about the Filipino culture, languages, famous landmarks, animals unique to this country, climate, traditions, foods, and a lot more! I have always been fascinated by the uniqueness of different cultures in Asia. I offer a lot of great information through travel, firsthand experiences and educational studies. I am culturally sensitive as I worked as an ESL teacher abroad and as a part of a culturally diverse organization. I hope to share the excitement and knowledge of travel to the youth of today. Let's celebrate cultural diversity and embrace everyone's unique qualities.
