Description
Class Experience
Students will learn social skills as well as speech and debate skills. Particularly, students will analyze topics and learn how to create arguments and counterarguments.
I have a passion for debate. I joined a debate club at the age of 14, and I loved it! My involvement in debate and speech as a student led me to become interested in the practice of law. I continued to be involved in debate throughout law school. I graduated from law school in 2005 and was called to the bar in 2009.
Paper and a pen.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
