This is a discussion style class that meets weekly. Learners can join anytime as each week we will focus on a different movie. This discussion group will focus on major themes, plot, characterization, symbolism present in the film, and over all topics presented in the film. As the instructor, I will be an active participant in the discussion and learners should be open to discussion and sharing their ideas with others. I have 13 years of teaching experience in all subjects K-6. I am also highly qualified to teach reading as noted on my North Carolina teaching license. I've analyzed film with all of my classes and found great success with the activity.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
