Let's Talk. Individual ESL Tutoring

This is a one on one class.  The  topics will be learner-directed based on the students needs.   This class is designed to get the student to talk!  I believe learning is fun.  I will help your child learn to love English.  I am very positive and offer a lot of reinforcement.  Learning a language is hard and scary.  I will help your child feel confident in speaking English.   The lessons will be adapted to fit your child's needs and skill level.  

I will help your child improve their pronunciation while we practice words together. 
I will adapt the lessons to your child's needs and interests.   
I will teach your child letter recognition.
I will help your child make the connection between letters and sounds.
I will use a lot of props and pictures to help them understand and learn English. 
I will help your child master phonics as they hear and practice the sounds for every letter.  
As they progress they will learn how to blend the sounds and start reading!

I am a high energy teacher.  I will work hard to keep your child involved and motivated to learn.  I am a good listener and strive to include their interests in the the lessons.
