Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
International English Learners will learn how to talk about various topics with confidence! Learning with peers will encourage learners to extend beyond what they think they can understand to help them reach their potential. As students learn to talk about topics that interest them, they are more engaged. Students will be encouraged to learn through peer interaction, games, and the occasional craft. In each class session, there will be 5 target sentences that learners will apply to themselves, and share with others.
Mrs. Helen is an internationally trained violinist who has traveled to many countries with her violin. She also has a Masters degree and over 25 years teaching experience. She is TEFOL certified. She has taught online English classes for 5 years through a prominent Chinese company.
No homework unless learners want to practice their target sentences and teach them to their families and friends!
A one-page learner information sheet will be provided to students that outlines the target sentences and fun facts about the topic of the week.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
