Week 1Lesson 1Saludos, Despedidas, y Mas - Greetings, Farewells and BeyondWe will learn greetings, and goodbyes and introduce ourselves to others. There will be many speaking opportunities for all students. The teacher will model, guide, and address proper Spanish pronunciation.Week 2Lesson 2¡Vamonos! Let's Go!We will learn common Spanish phrases used related to transportation and modes of transportation. Students will talk about their most common mode(s) of transportation and places we go. There will be plenty of opportunities for all students to participate. The teacher will model, guide, and address proper Spanish pronunciation.Week 3Lesson 3¡Vamos a la escuela! Off to School!We will learn common Spanish phrases used in school and classroom settings with plenty of opportunities for all students to participate. The teacher will model, guide, and address proper Spanish pronunciation.Week 4Lesson 4¡En al restaurante! At the Restaurant!We will learn common Spanish phrases used to order meals at a restaurant. Students will speak of their favorite food and drinks. There will be plenty of opportunities for all students to participate. Course ReviewWe will review all previous material and what students have learned in this course. They will be able to communicate where they want to go, how they will get there, and what they will do there as they apply their Spanish-speaking knowledge. If time permits, learners will play Would you rather en español.
Learners will learn Spanish learn and practice proper pronunciation in Spanish.
