  • how to be more aware of own tone and word choice when conversing
  • the role nonverbal cues play in effective communication
  • how to be more aware of own body language in various situations

  • how/when to mirror or match another speaker
  • the four secrets to better communication

Mr. LeCara, with almost three decades of teaching, training, and coaching experience, understands the importance of effective communication skills for teenagers like you.

In today's world, where communication happens in person, through screens, emails, and texts, it's essential to excel in this area. Unfortunately, many academic environments overlook teaching these skills, and recent years of isolation during the pandemic have only made it more challenging.

But here's the exciting part: this leveling of the playing field gives everyone an opportunity to learn and adapt to the essential steps of engaging in healthy, positive, and authentic interactions. Mr. L believes that improving your communication abilities is the secret to personal and professional transformation.

Join us to unlock your communication superpowers and embark on a transformative journey that will amplify your interactions, boost your confidence, and empower you to create meaningful conversations and connections.
