Description

Class Experience

This is a private lesson for learners who want to develop their singing voice.  I will start by determining which song the learner wants to work on in our lesson.   Once this is identified, we will focus on different exercises and singing techniques to work on, prior to applying them to the song.  Some possible concepts we'd focus on will be pitch matching, breathing, tone quality, and use of special vocal techniques, such as belting or vibrato.  No prior knowledge is needed for this...

There are different concepts specific to each learner.  Some basic concepts may include:
Breathing
Diction
Tone Quality
Stage Presence

Homework is optional.  However, it is good practice to work on the concepts learned during the lesson in order to develop the voice.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
