Class Experience

In this ongoing class, you child will learn basic greetings, feelings, colors, and more in American Sign Language. Children learn best through fun and play; I utilize movement/games to help expose learners to ASL. Through this class you child will learn how to sign basic greetings, feelings, colors, numbers, etc. This is an interactive class in which learners will practice conversing with each other in ASL.

I will open each section with a fun icebreaker that gives the learners a chance to get to know each other, followed by a playful activity which incorporates movement and provides more opportunities for them to interact with each other.
Afterward the learners will explicitly be taught the signs and play a game that allows them to practice signing to communicate with each other.

This interactive class is a great way to introduce your learner to sign language and help them develop a love for ASL.
