Ahoy, Young Historians! Welcome to THE MAGIC TREE HOUSE! This on-going daily reading club will help your children grow a love for storytelling with an interactive reading of the Magic Tree House series by Mary Pope Osborne! In this class, learners will contribute during class by reading passages from Magic Tree House for themselves and discussing the reading with other students! In addition to reading, each class will introduce vocabulary and history facts and learners will be challenged...
I hold an MFA in Creative Writing, as well as a BA in English Literature. I love stories--Reading them. Writing them. Understanding them.--and have dedicated my life to the pursuit of storytelling. My wish is to pass along my love of reading to as many young people as possible by introducing them to stories both old and new that will entertain and inspire them.
1 hour 40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
