Use code AMANDA20 to save $20 today!✨ In this one week self paced class, Teacher Amanda will provide 5 lessons for class that will include a few printable PDF activity pages and a pre-recorded video to help learners practice the first 100 words from the Fry Sight Word list. Teacher Amanda will use Scholastic Sight Word flash cards for review during the pre-recorded videos, and will share 5 lessons/pre-recorded videos. Learners will also be able to complete a fun sight word hunt, complete a fun word hide and seek game, and do some word coloring, tracing, gluing and more to continue their sight word practice! Teacher Amanda will go over 20 flashcards in each pre-recorded video, she will review them two times. The worksheets, activity pages, and games will use a few, some, or all of the words - it will vary for each instance. *Please note that some of the printable PDF's will require scissors - parental guidance is required during the use of scissors.* In some of the pre-recorded videos, Teacher Amanda will reference Boom Learning Cards website via screen share to assist in the sight word review process. There will not be any live meetings, but within the pre-recorded lesson videos, Teacher Amanda will verbally encourage learner participation to read words aloud throughout the videos for further practice and repetition. On the classroom page, learners are encouraged to share which words they've mastered each day along with photos of their completed worksheets and activities, Teacher Amanda would love to see their work! This class can be for learners who are just being introduced to the Fry Sight Word First 1-100 Word List, it can be used as a review, or it can be used as an addition to regular class learning. It is designed to just give learners a little extra practice via verbal repetition and visual recognition with some of our most commonly found words. Teacher Amanda will also provide these for optional grown up/learner use: - a printable list of Fry First 1-100 Sight Words for home reference - a list of ideas of how to practice the Fry words at home - a set of flashcards that can be printed, cut out, and used for ongoing practice

Day 1 we will review words 1-20 from the Fry sight word list, trace sight words, color sight words, and cut/glue/build sight words. Teacher Amanda will include PDF printable of Fry word list 1-100 along with flashcards for easy learner review and practice 18 mins of video lessons
Lesson 2:
Let's Practice Sight Words Day 2
Day 2 we will review words 21-40 from the Fry sight word list, complete a say/trace/write the first 25 sight words worksheet, fill in the blank sight word worksheets (2), and color/trace sight word worksheets. Teacher Amanda will provide a sight word review idea for parents to incorporate into their learner's daily sight word review and practice 20 mins of video lessons
Lesson 3:
Let's Practice Sight Words Day 3
Day 3 we will review words 41-60 from the Fry sight word list, find/trace/build sight words worksheets, fill in the blank sight word worksheet, and complete a fun sight word hunt. Teacher Amanda will provide a sight word review idea for parents to incorporate into their learner's daily sight word review and practice 19 mins of video lessons
Lesson 4:
Let's Practice Sight Words Day 4
Day 4 we will review words 61-80 from the Fry sight word list, find/color/trace sight words, color sight words, fill in the blank worksheet, and complete a fun Fry List First 100 Sight Words Chutes and Ladders game. Teacher Amanda will provide 3 Game Boards for mixed playing results so that learners can enjoy several rounds of play. Teacher Amanda will provide a sight word review idea for parents to incorporate into their learner's daily sight word review and practice 31 mins of video lessons

Supply List
Learners (and their grown ups) will need to have access to a printer for the PDF printable worksheets and activities each day of class. Learners will also need to bring crayons, markers, glue, and scissors.
