In this fun, ongoing kindergarten math class students will practice early math concepts twice each week. We will be practicing number recognition, counting to 20, writing numbers to 20, sorting, addition and subtraction of small numbers. They will learn the concepts of equality, more, and less. A little money, matching, and even some basic shapes. In this twice weekly kindergarten math concepts class your child will get twice weekly practice to improve kindergarten math skills.
Students should bring pencil and paper or printouts that are provided before each class. Crayons and/or colored pencils are good/needed too for some of the printouts. Feel free to bring any snap blocks or other manipulatives to class to help with counting.
