Description

Class Experience

In this course, students will have the opportunity to develop their communication and social skills in a safe, supportive environment. This course is designed for students who would like to practice their conversation skills with peers in a small group setting (maximum number of 5 students). This class is a great fit for learners who enjoy interacting with their peers, but stuggle with communication skills that can impact their ability to maintain a conversation.

I am a certified school social worker and educator with over 10 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Although I am a social worker, this class is not intended to provide mental health diagnosis or treatment and does not constitute a therapist/client relationship. All information in this class is for educational purposes only, and it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
