In this one time class, students are challenged to think of words beginning with different letters in each round. This is a fun virtual adaptation of the board game Scattergories Junior, the English vocabulary building game.
Class experience
US Grade 3 - 6
Let's build our word power while having fun and socializing, too! Students will be challenged to think of and write down, words that begin with a different letter in each timed round. Categories are "junior", and more applicable to kids than the adult game may be. After we discuss the rules of the game, we will play for the entire class. Students will learn how to keep their own scores, just like in the regular board game. Sample game categories may include subjects like boys names, Disney...
