Class Experience
Does your student love playing Roblox games? If so, this class might be the perfect fit for them. I will play the Roblox game: Hide and Seek Extreme with the student and share some tips and tricks for the game. This is a 1:1 class, so your student will have my full attention to address their questions. Please be sure your student has their own account to play Roblox. I will be sharing my screen as I play the game. Students will need to message me in Outschool, before class starts, with their Roblox name/gamer tag so I can invite them into my private server. Also, please make sure your student's Roblox privacy settings are set to allow anyone to invite them into a private server before class starts (and then you can change it back to not allowing anyone to invite them into a private server after class). If we have time at the end, we will play a Would You Rather game with questions related to gaming! I look forward to meeting your student!

We will be using the Roblox gaming site.
Also, gamer tags will be required for the class. Private servers are important for educators to help keep our learners safe while enjoying their online gameplay, and gamer tags may be necessary to join those private servers. Please message gamer tags to me directly through a private message in Outschool. Learners should not share their gamer tags on the classroom page (I will delete comments from learners who do).
Pre-Requisites
Students need to have their own Roblox game account with access to play the Roblox game: Hide and Seek Extreme.

I am an elementary school counselor with 18 years of experience. I also teach on other online platforms - VIPKID, Cambly, and Zebra English. My teaching style is interactive and learner-focused. I often use power points, stories I've written, discussions, and games in my lessons! I believe that teaching should not only help students learn about the topic being taught but that it should also be engaging and fun!
