Class Experience

Love Minecraft? Then this ongoing club is for you! Each week, we’ll dive into our private Minecraft Realms server for exciting group play. Whether you prefer building epic castles, fighting off skeletons and creepers, completing tricky group challenges, or swimming with your tamed pets, Minecraft offers endless possibilities. Come join us for creative building, survival modes, friendly competitions, and more!

We keep the MAX number of players at 6 plus the teacher to maximize the fun and the ability for the teacher to help students as they need it.

What to Expect Each Week

Welcome & Intro: We’ll start class with a quick hello and outline the day’s special challenge (solo or team-based).

Game Overview (for new players): Brief instruction on the basics of Minecraft Java Edition—though taking our “Learn to Play Minecraft” mini-course beforehand can be helpful if you’re brand new.

Play & Challenge: Dive into the private server, collaborate (or compete!) with friends, and hone your Minecraft skills. Challenges may include scavenger hunts, build-offs, survival tasks, or boss fights.

Wrap-Up: We’ll regroup, share highlights, and celebrate achievements.

Requirements & Important Details

Minecraft Java Edition on a PC or laptop is required.

Username Needed: Please provide your learner’s Minecraft username at least one day in advance so they can be added to the server whitelist.

Tech Setup: Some learners prefer joining Zoom on one device (e.g., a tablet) while playing Minecraft on a separate computer.

Ongoing Class Format

This is an ongoing course—you can join or leave at any time.

Outschool auto-renews the subscription each Sunday. You can easily cancel by following the instructions in the renewal email.

Come explore the world of Minecraft with us!

We are excited to get building with you!
