Class Experience

Do you love Minecraft? Do you enjoy watching Youtubers battle it out? Have you wanted to take part in a Manhunt but didn't have enough players? Join Kat as she moderates this game of hunter and hunted. Some of you will be assigned to be hunters and the rest the hunted. When you're caught you become a hunter. The goal for the hunted is to kill the Ender Dragon. The goal for the hunters is to create more hunters. You can run, you can hide, but can you hide well enough? You may be a master of Minecraft but can you find others and turn them into more hunters.

Each student will be given a colored helmet and a compass.

The first 10-15 minutes is set up and explanations.
Then gameplay.
In the last 20 minutes all students will be teleported to the End.

If we end early we will go into PVP mode.

I turn history into a captivating story—sometimes spooky, always fascinating—so students become immersed without even realizing they’re learning. With degrees in Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Criminal Justice, and a Master’s in Education, I’ve spent decades working in diverse settings, encouraging students to think critically, plan logically, and find their unique voices.
