In this ongoing class, students will get together each week to play fun math games! These games are designed not only to help students improve and practice their math skills, but to foster a love of math! Not only will students will build their confidence, but they will also gain an understanding of key math concepts. Each week we will cover a different math topic, and you can join in anytime! We usually play games on Blooket.com, Kahoot.it, or Nearpod.com. A Second device is not required for the games. Each class will be broken down as so: Introduction to this week's topic: 5 minutes Game time (Kahoot, Nearpod, Jeopardy, etc): 20 minutes Discussion and review: 5 minutes Week of July 5th: Lines, Rays, & Angles Games Week of July 12th: Decimals Games Week of July 19th: Identifying Polygons Games Week of July 26th: Division Games Week of August 2nd: Multiplication Games Week of August 9th: Fractions Games Week of August 16th: Identifying Triangles

Hello! My name is Jessica and I'm a Korean, English, Math and Japanese tutor from Ohio!
I started my teaching career online over seven years ago, and I have taught students of all ages and skill levels from around the world English, Korean, Math, and Japanese. I have vast experience with students who speak English as a second language. I have two young children that I homeschool, and who take Outschool courses themselves! I believe that students learn best in a fun, encouraging environment, so I bring that energy to the classroom!
