This beginner class will teach students how to play portions of famous Independence Day songs. The class will cover basic techniques of how to hold and play the guitar, but the class is not intended as a first-ever guitar class experience. Students will be taught by teacher demonstration and a slide presentation for assistance. Each student should have their own comfortable guitar to hold and play. The class will begin with a brief greeting and introduction and then we will move on to a review of the parts of the guitar and playing songs.
