I will listen to students and assess the students playing.Class Experience
In this one-time course, students will learn how to play Christmas songs for the guitar at a beginning level. Students do not need to be strong music readers, but they should have an understanding of knowing what and where frets are for the guitar. It is best if they can play at least one song before taking this class. All guitars should be tuned before the class begins. Students will work on a minimum of 2 songs focusing on the melody and 1 song learning easy beginning chords (these chords will only use 3 to 4 notes). Students are encouraged to play for the class. Songs will be chosen from the following list: Jingle Bells Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer Deck the Hall with Boughs of Holly
