In this fun class, we will play the game charades. New cards will be used in each class, so you can continue to take this course over and over again. Students will learn the art of pantomime and try to show what the word is without any words. This class is a great first class for those students interested in comedy, improvisation, and drama. Basic skills for drama will also be taught in this class. In the first part of the class, I will briefly go over how to play charades. The rest of the class, every student will get a turn acting out a word card and the others will have fun guessing. This is a laid back, interactive, and fun class. No other experience is required.
Learning Goals
Students will learn about pantomime and drama skills while playing a fun game.
