Students will play an exciting game of USA Bingo while learning geography and fun facts about the states.
Class experience
US Grade 1 - 4
Teacher Julie will start the class with student introductions where students will take turns sharing their name and what state they live in. Then we will play USA Bingo together. As each state is chosen, students will work together to identify it when given clues like state capital and other fun facts. Students will learn the shape and location of the states on the map of the United States. We will also discuss state capitals and fun facts about each state.
Teacher Julie loves when kids can learn through play! It may look like we are just enjoying bingo together but in this class we will be discussing state capitals and other facts, as well as looking at each state's shape and location on the map. At the end, students will come away knowing new things about the USA!
A unique USA Bingo card will be sent to each student. Please print before class starts and be ready to play.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
