Description

Class Experience

Students will build their number sense by engaging with others in a variety of concrete math games. In each session, learners will be taught the rules of the game and then engage in rounds of play with one another. Students will record their equations on their recording sheets. After this lesson, students will have a fun new way to practice their math facts or show their growth in number sense. In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:terc Investigations

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

We will be using the exterior resource of TERC Investigations, parental guidance is suggested.
