In this one time class students will be baking a homemade cat treat and making a homemade cat toy. Students will be using a food processor and oven during this class. If they are not familiar with the use and safety of these appliances please assist them during this portion of the class. In the beginning of class the students and I will work side by side to mix up our cat treat dough. Once the dough is completed and in the oven, students and I will make a cat toy while sharing our cats. Please see the supply list before enrolling in this course.

Supply List
blender parchment paper cookie sheet 5 oz of baby food turkey or chicken (usually the meat jars are 2.5 ounces each) flour (whole wheat or oat) extra light olive oil dried catnip (optional) egg at least 1 sock (old mismatched sock is perfectly fine)--- if they want to bring more that's great, but we may only have time for one. paper for stuffing the sock (recycled paper is perfect) yarn
