Description
Class Experience
Students will be given encouragement, guidance and individual feedback in class while working on a painting. Students will learn the techniques to paint a colorful landscape painting. Students will follow along while I demonstrate the step by step techniques to create in an impressionist style while receiving one on one critiques and tips. Students have the option to share their painting at the end of class. No drawing or painting experience needed for this class. Let me know if you have any...
Students will need: * 1 canvas or canvas board. Water color or card stock paper can be used instead of canvas. Suggested size under 12" * Acrylic or tempera paint (red, blue, yellow, black and white) * Paper towels * Cup of water to rinse brushes * Paint brushes (medium and small sizes) * Palette or plate to put paints on Optional: * Apron * Newspaper/paper towels to cover work space
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
