Students will be given encouragement, guidance and individual feedback in class while working on their piece. Students will learn the techniques to paint a emu. Students will follow along while I demonstrate the step by step techniques to create an impressionist style painting while receiving one on one critiques and tips. We will start by sketching out the emu with pencil and then move onto painting. An outline drawing will be posted that can be used as a guide during class. Let me know if you have any questions or if you need help on where to get supplies. * Painting process will take between 30-45 minutes depending on the speed of students' painting and number of students enrolled. Students may need time outside of class to add any finishing touches to their painting. If my schedule allows, I am able to stay after class for students who need more time.
