Class experience
Hello- Your learner will learn via a live class. This is a one time class. They will be baking the famous delicious Japanese Pocky Sticks, and dipping in chocolate with the option of topping with their choice of toppings. We will measure and mix are ingredients together. Then bake them and decorate with chocolate. I will guide them from start to finishing. They will be able to wrap them up for gift giving and for a friends and family gathering. Recipe will be given after class by google doc 1 bag chocolate candy melt (8-10 oz.) or semi-sweet chocolate chip or your favorite vanilla or strawberry chocolate Flour Butter Milk Sugar Shredded coconut optional Sprinkles Oreos cookies optional Sandwich bag Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium mixing bowl Spatula Bench scraper and/or pizza cutter 1-Small microwave safe bowl 2-3 Small Spoons Wax paper Parchment paper or silicone mat 1-2 Cookie sheet
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Younger learners may need help turning on oven and using microwave oven, if they choose to melt chocolate. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me and I’ll suggest something in place of it.
