Class Experience
1 file available upon enrollmentA one-page recipe is available upon enrollment. Ingredients are: Peanut butter (or other nut butter) Coconut flour, almond flour, or oat flour (you only need one) Maple syrup Chocolate chips (white, dark, semisweet - whichever you like best!) Coconut oil Kitchen Equipment needed: Microwave Glass bowl for melting chocolate in microwave, Cookie Sheet Parchment paper Freezer Measuring cups Measuring spoons Mixing bowl Spatula or spoon for mixing 2 forks Cookie scoop or spoon
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Adult help is suggested if student needs help putting items in the freezer or microwave.
