In this class we'll be making these lovely flowers! We'll be using two pieces of paper for each flower. The class is very interactive, and we go at the pace of the learners. If there's time, we'll make multiple flowers. These look good with both patterned and solid colors. The petals are one piece of paper, and the center is another. Mix and match colors and designs to make them each unique! The original pattern is a sunflower, but there is so much room for creativity! I hope you are able to join us!

Supply List
Several sheets of square paper. In the picture I used 6in x 6in (15cm x 15cm) and 4in x 4in (10cm x 10cm), but any size should be fine.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hi! I love teaching origami on Outschool. I have been folding origami most of my life, and I enjoy sharing it with others!
I believe in going at the pace of the children in the class. I also understand that children come in a wide range of personalities: shy, outgoing, introverted, loud, quiet, special needs, different needs, etc. I like to adapt my interactions with each child to their social needs.
I have an autistic child at home, and I love learning about the autistic point of view. My own understanding of the world has changed because of him!
