Description
Class Experience
This is a multisensory class where we will make, listen, learn share and create! First, children will mix one cup of corn starch and one-half cup of hair conditioner together to make super cool white "moon" dough. We will first mix with a spoon and then with our hands. Next, the children will learn all about the moon by listening to a story and fun facts. Finally, the students will be given a chance to share their knowledge of the moon. small mixing bowl, spoon, 1 cup of corn starch, one-half cup of hair conditioner, access to water for handwashing and an air-tight container for storing dough.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please pre-measure one cup of corn starch and one-half cup of hair conditioner before class. Your child will need a bowl and spoon for mixing and a towel to wipe hands.
