Get in the kitchen and make delicious chocolate chip muffins that the whole family will love! Students will follow along with the teacher to make from-scratch muffins that pair great with milk (or coffee for me!)

Description

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
 2 files available upon enrollment
6 or 8 quart electric pressure cooker (mine is Instant Pot brand) 2 cups flour 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2/3 cup milk 1 stick of butter (or 1/2 cup) 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup chocolate chips 2 mixing bowls whisk 1 silicone egg mold for the InstantPot 1 trivet for the InstantPot (this usually comes with the IP) *I have attached pictures of the trivet and mold you will need for the recipe. Please contact me with any questions!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental involvement is needed when operating the steam function of the InstantPot.
