Class Experience

Your learner will learn via a live class. This is a one time class. We will be measuring out ingredients in class. They will prepare their Mochi in class. We will go over the steps to get the prefect consistency. Once we have the perfect consistency the rolling and shaping will begin. They will have a few options ice cream, fruits and/or caramel. I will guide them in a few different designs and open it up to them to be creative with shapes. I will guide them from start to finishing. They will be able plate them up for a gift or for a dessert table. Learners will be able to ask any questions and I’ll answer them.
I can’t wait to show them how to design and get them amazing ice cream, fruit and caramel all wrapped up in their delicious mochi. This is a perfect dessert year round with so many options. If you’re wondering if that’s my picture yes it is. My granddaughters love mochi. So many endless flavors. So Yummy!
See you soon, to make some mochi.
