In this one section you will make yummy flavored marshmallows.
Class experience
Who loves them cute little chick and bunny marshmallows? If you love marshmallows you will love homemade marshmallows. They are so soft and fluffy they melt in your mouth. You will be making different flavored marshmallows. You will learn to read and use a candy thermometer. How to prepare your marshmallows to make designer shapes. What a great way to measure out the ingredients and turn into a soft and yummy treat year round. You will need a stand mixer. You will learn how to read a candy thermometer.
This is the foundation to continue more advanced techniques.
Homework Offered
To finish up the shapes of finished marshmallows. Will be about 30 minutes. Will need to upload shaped marshmallows.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
