We will learn to make three fun toys for guinea pigs out of common items found around the house! The toys we will make are a hay filled cardboard roll, a cardboard playhouse, and a fleece forest. Learners should have all materials listed available and I will guide them through creating each toy throughout the class, giving individual attention as needed. Some parent supervision is requested due to the use of scissors in the class. Learners will also meet my guinea pigs, Jewel and Charlie, and are welcome to introduce their own furry potatoes as well! We will also chat about guinea pig care during class such as appropriate food and toys, and cage size and content. No guinea pig experience is necessary to take this class! Great for learners new to guinea pigs!
