In this one time class we will use flour, salt, ginger, cinnamon, vegetable oil and water to make gingerbread fun dough. We will measure out all the ingredients and mix them together in a bowl. Learners may need help measuring out the ingredients. After we have finished mixing the dough learners are welcome to play with the dough with some cookie cutters, rolling pins or what ever toys they have as I read the story Gingerbread Mouse by Katy Bratun. I just want to make sure parents know that the book does have Santa in it. They dough is safe if eaten but it will not taste very good.
