Class Experience


Hello Friends, 
Your learner will learn via a live class. This is a one time class. They will be making designer meringue candy cookies. We will whip up our egg whites for a perfect meringue consistency, to pipe designer shapes to create these amazing tasty melt in your mouth cookies/candy. Once we have the perfect consistency the process will begin. I will guide them from start to finishing. They will be able to wrap them up for gift giving or for a friends and family gathering. Have supplies out at start of class ready to have some fun!

Recipe will be given after class. 
Egg Whites
Granulated sugar 
 Cream of tartar
 Vanilla Extract
 Food Colors 
Measuring cups 
Measuring spoons 
Stand mixer or hand mixer 
2 cookie sheets 
Parchment paper
2 small-medium bowls
3 spoons 
Cylinder cup/glass (16 oz mason jars are good)
Rubber bands optional 
2-3 Disposable 12” piping bags 
Plastic wrap optional 
Piping Tips 18, 21, 2D, 1M, 10 or 12, and of these numbers will be fine, you don’t have to have all the piping tips listed. If piping tips  have no numbers on the tips, look for star like tips and round tips will be fine. 
Sprinkles your choice of colors 
Mini chocolate chocolate chips optional 
Lollipop sticks or skewers optional

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.

Younger learners may need help turning on oven and filling their piping bags. Removing hot cookie sheets from their oven. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me and I’ll suggest something in place of it.
