Description

Class Experience

This is a highly interactive class where learners will be able to make their own fidgets.  The class is hands on and will require some materials be brought to class.  We all love to handle objects and "fidget" with small objects.  This helps to keep ourselves calm and relaxed throughout our day.  This is the same for our children.  In this class, learners will observe and make a fidget toy they can use after our class.  The teacher will demonstrate a step-by-step procedure in making a...

Students will use listening skills and observe the teacher.
Students will follow directions in creating their own fidget toys.
Students will use their fidget toys to play with and relax with too.

Use your fidget toys for fun and play and relaxation!

Supplies for this class: thicker balloons (3), rice, lotion and noodles, 2 empty water bottles (16oz)
**A handful of rice and a handful of small broken noodles**
**Your child will be squirting a small amount of lotion into the water bottle**

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Teacher will use informal assessment as the students follow directions and use their fidget toys.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
