Class Experience

Calling all flying fairies, pretty princesses and land bound mermaids! In this fun 1 hour class, we will create a beautiful wand using simple materials you may have at home! These wand are a fun way to experiment with materials and create a beautiful art piece you can display and play with!
This class is a live step by step instructional class. Using a second camera, I will show you how to create different designs, how to apply decorations and how to paint to create different effects. Students will learn along with others, using a glue gun. Please make sure your student is comfortable using one. Using a glue gun is a tool we will use to design our wands. I will cover basic safety tips along with things to be mindful of during the class. During the class, we will be designing, decorating and painting our magical wands. This is a great craft to get your students to use many materials and learn new techniques.
Please review the learners supply (materials portion under this description) to see what is needed for the class. Feel free to use any additional materials your student would like to use. You are welcome to make multiple wands if you'd like during the class. Having a mug or jar nearby to hold is a good idea.
Let's start creating and have fun!

If your student is out of age range but you think they are able, please contact me!
