Class Experience

Let's Make Delicious Meatball Boats - Learn to make delicious meatball boats to eat or share with family and friends. Learners will make their make and complete their recipe in this one time class. Learners should be familiar in the kitchen with appliances such as the oven & stove top settings. 
We will discuss proper food handling and safety precautions. This class is a LIVE cooking class and I make the recipe with the learners to show technique and proper instruction. 

Recipe ingredients...

Skillet with lid
Baking pan such as a cookie sheet
Tongs 
Cutting board
Small knife
Mixing bowl

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Students will be using the stove top, the oven and a cutting board and knife for this class. Supervision is always suggested when kids are working in the kitchen preparing foods. If you feel your child needs additional help, some meal prep can be done before class.  Please let me know ahead of time if you have any questions or concerns.

*Food allergies - we will be using dairy products in our recipe.
