Class Experience

- student will follow step by step instructions and create a carrier pouch
- student will practice their measuring skills
- student will learn about the power of positive reinforcement (ex: food)
- student will learn about different animal diets
- student will express their creativity when choosing their fabric
I've taught animal education classes and camps at museums, science centers and schools. I've owned guinea pigs for several years and currently have four. I'm also a certified mindfulness coach for kids!
- fleece measuring 18"W x 18"H - a strip of fleece measuring 22” x 2" - ruler or measuring tape - scissors - marker - fresh fruit/veg or treats for your pet
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need help and supervision measuring and cutting with scissors
