Description

Class Experience

In this class, learners will get to work on their own teddy bears from start (magic circle) to finish (sew in ends).
We will cover every step so this means single crochet, increase, decrease etc. 
The class is structured so that we focus first on creating the head and body, then on the limbs and ears, and all the way through to stuffing and sewing every piece together.

I am an Etsy crochet business owner and have been crocheting for 15 years.

* A skein of super bulky (6) 100% polyster yarn or equivalent (I use Bernat Blanket) any color is fine, this is for the whole body except the muzzle and nose
* An 8mm (L/11) crochet hook
* A pair of safety eyes in 10mm
* A skein of medium (4) 100% acrylic yarn or equivalent (I use Craft Yarn by Craft Smart) any color you prefer for the muzzle is fine, I usually use white
* A skein of medium (4) 100% cotton yarn or equivalent (I use Sugar 'N Cream) any color you prefer for the nose is fine, I usually use whatever color matches with the color scheme of the bear (i.e., blue nose for my red, white, and blue bear)
* A yarn needle (I prefer using a smaller one for the muzzle and larger one for sewing on limbs)
* Polyfil stuffing

3 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Parents are cautioned of the use of scissors if their child is not allowed them.
