Students will journey through the Spanish alphabet, focusing on one letter each class to learn Spanish words that start with the letter of the day. Spanish conversation will also be taught through songs and interactive learning.

Description
Class Experience
Students will: 1. Learn Spanish Greeting 2. Learn all the letter names in Spanish 3. Learn vocabulary words associated with each letter
I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and communicate daily in both languages. I have lived in Guatemala and have traveled to Mexico, El Salvador, Venezuela, and Peru. I taught for 7 years in a bilingual elementary classroom, and I currently teach high school Spanish. My teaching experience spans more than 20 years.
Students will be encouraged to practice the hello and goodbye song after class with family and friends. In addition, students will be encouraged to review and practice the new Spanish vocabulary.
Before each class, please print the handout(s) that I provide. You will find these in the classroom.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
