In this Ongoing Class, learners will explore a range of Geography subjects in a fun and interactive way. This course aims to provide meaningful learning experiences for young explorers. Each class will include a range of teaching methods and activities that are designed to engage the learners in both a hands-on and minds-on way. Classes will include Q&A, quizzes, games, worksheets, videos and much more. Learners will be encouraged to explore, question and share what they learn. A variety of methods are used to support learners and cater for different learning styles and needs. What is taught in this course? Week of 30/12/2024 - Volcanoes Week of 6/1/2025 - Ocean Floor Week of 13/1/2025 - Ocean in Motion Week of 20/1/2025 - Rivers Week of 27/1/2025 - Craters and Meteorites Week of 3/2/2025 - Hot and Cold Week of 10/2/2025 - Rain and Snow Week of 17/2/2025 - Hurricanes Week of 24/2/2025 - Biomes Week of 3/3/2025 - The Earth’s Crust Week of 10/3/2025 - Earthquakes Week of 17/3/2025 - Mountains Please note, this course can be taken in additional to the Ongoing Science class. Although some themes may look similar, material, classes and learning objectives are different.
