In this 6 week Science course, learners will learn about forces. We will make pulleys, gears, test out magnets, make a Rube Goldberg machine, discover friction and elasticity, and much more! This course includes STEM activities.

Class Experience
We are a team of qualified and experienced teachers with a wealth of experience across a range of ages and subjects. Most of our teachers are also TEFL/TESL qualified. You can find out more about each teacher in our profile. We are all passionate about teaching and learning and seeing our learners succeed. This course is taught by Teacher Helen. We look forward to meeting you in class soon.
Learners will need paper, pen, pencil and crayons for each class. Some classes may require things to be cut out before the class and for learners to bring glue to class with them. Some classes involve a simple experiment. The required materials will be posted to the classroom. Please print out or download the relevant handouts in advance of each class. These will be uploaded to the 'Classroom' by Monday each week.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
