In this class, students will learn alpaca facts, and then learn to gently paint their own. Techniques may include testing pigments, wet on dry, wet on wet, ombré, and lifting. The teacher will model these techniques, and the students will get the opportunity to try the technique and explore. With each technique, there are many ways to then alter something small and get a completely different effect in our art. Students will then work to complete their alpaca art, and we will share at the end...
Please trace the alpaca outline before class. You can print the outline uploaded in the classroom, then trace onto your watercolor paper by holding it up to a sunny window.
