In this ongoing format, learners will develop their maths skills. This course contains a greater focus on the use of manipulatives in the classroom, pictorial and abstract representations to promote deeper learning, language support to help EAL students develop fluency in mathematical language. Week of 24/3/25 - Arithmetic Problem-Solving - word problems Week of 31/3/25 - Arithmetic Problem-Solving - solving arithmetic problems Week of 7/4/25 - Geometric Problem-Solving - geometry puzzles and challenges Week of 14/4/25 - Geometric Problem-Solving - shapes, angles, and symmetry Week of 21/4/25 - Geometric Problem-Solving - geometric shapes and constructions Week of 28/4/25 - Logical Problem-Solving Week of 5/5/25 - Pattern Recognition and Sequences Week of 12/5/25 - Algebraic Problem-Solving Week of 19/5/25 - Probability and Statistics Problem-Solving Week of 26/5/25 - Arithmetic Problem-Solving - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division We look forward to being part of your learning journey!
