Let's Learn Letters and Sounds! Pre-K Letters and Sounds Plus!

This ongoing class is perfect for your Preschool or Kindergarten student who is just starting to learn their letters and sounds. This class will meet three times a week and we will learn 1 letter during each class. In addition to learning the letter, the sound that the letter makes, and a hand motion to go with each sound, we will also learn to write these letters! Learning hand motions to go with the letters gives our brains yet another way to remember the sounds.  We will spend the entire time celebrating each letter so that your child will have a solid grasp on them before moving on to our next letter. 

This class will be fun and interactive!  Everyone will have a chance to share an item brought to class that matches our letter of the day! Since this is an ongoing class, this will allow us to become more like a classroom community. Sharing will also allow us to become better acquainted with one another, it will help us learn to use our voice, and become more confident speaking in front of others.

Students are welcome to join this class at any time! At the beginning of each class, we will review our letters and sounds before moving on to our focus letter of the day.

This class will start again two weeks after the previous class is finished.
