Class Experience

In this one-week camp, students will learn how to read the periodic table and identify elements. Students will learn how the periodic table is arranged and how to identify groups and periods. Students will also learn how to read basic chemical equations such as water and carbon dioxide. Students will be taught with direct teacher-led instruction using graphics and engaging interactive questions and answers. Students are encouraged to interact with their instructor and peers and ask questions...

As a k-12 science teacher, I have over 10 years of teaching and tutoring experience in various science-related subjects including earth science and physical science. I have also taught physical science in middle school and high school settings.

2 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
