Hallo! Wir singen Weihnachtslieder in dieser Klasse. This class is a beginner level class, no German language experience necessary. We will cover a different song each class. Songs include: "Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer," "Jingle Bells," "O, Christmas Tree," and "O, Come Little Children." The class includes a vocabulary lesson, including how to introduce ourselves, then practice singing the lines! Music for each class will be on the Power Point and sent as a worksheet before class as some learners do best having a hard copy to hold. Language learning through music is a great way to introduce grammar and vocabulary to students! As a lifelong language learner, my style is very relaxed but focuses on key pronunciation.

I will send you a worksheet with the music. There is no religious focus in this class. Students are welcome to ask questions. Please print this if your student does best with hands-on material.

I am a lifelong language learner and was a German major before I had to switch my course of study for financial reasons. Most of my college credits are in modern languages (German and Russian) and English classes. I also teach English as a second language.
