In this one time class, students will learn the proper drills, progressions and technique to execute a handstand forward roll. I will begin class with a light warm up and stretch, followed by a review of a handstand. This will give me the opportunity to evaluate each student. I will then be able to structure the class according to where each student is and make the necessary adjustments in order for every student to be successful. As with any fitness activity, there is a risk of injury. Students are required to have adult supervision off camera for this class. Students need to be able to do a handstand without assistance, step out of it to a stand prior to enrolling for this class I look forward to helping your child learn.
